I completed a series of chemo treatments at the Duke University Cancer Clinic in Durham and returned to Duke in late February for a "CAT" scan to determine if further treatment was recommended.The results of the CAT scan were favorable, and my oncologist, Dr.

Jeffrey Crawford of Duke, said that the cancer had been stabilized.He had compared the February CAT scan to the one that had been done in November.I'm not on chemo any longer, and I go back to Duke in July for a follow-up CAT scan at which time they'll make other recommendations.Life has improved.

I can't run any races or anything but I can do some things.
